How long does it take to prepare my order?
We usually prepare and ship your treasures within 3–5 business days. Each parcel is wrapped with care before it begins its journey.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be adjusted or canceled if they haven’t been shipped yet. Please reach out to us as soon as possible.
🌟 Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to Lithuania, the EU, and the United Kingdom.
How long will delivery take?
Lithuania: 2–3 business days
Europe (EU): usually 1–2 weeks
United Kingdom: 1–3 weeks (customs fees may apply)
(During Christmas or other important holidays, shipping may take longer.)
Do you provide tracking?
Where available, yes. A tracking number will let you follow your parcel’s path through the stars.
We always aim to deliver within the times listed above — and in any case no later than 30 days after your order.
🌟 Mystery Book Boxes
When are Mystery Book Boxes shipped?
They are shipped on the 20th of each month.
When do orders open and close?
Orders open on the 1st day of each month and close on the 15th. After that, we begin preparing the boxes to ship under the moonlight. 🌙✨
Is shipping included in the price?
For customers in Lithuania, yes — the final price of the Mystery Book Box already includes shipping. ✨
For customers outside Lithuania, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
🌟 Returns & Exchanges
Every order is prepared with love and care under moonlight. ✨
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us right away — we’ll happily replace it or issue a refund. Return shipping in this case is on us.
For all other orders, EU customers have a 14-day return period after receiving their parcel. Please note:
Items must be returned in their original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect).
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
Mystery Book Boxes and other sealed, time-sensitive products cannot be returned once opened.

Will I need to pay customs?
For orders outside Lithuania/EU, customs or import fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
