Processing time
Orders are prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days.

Shipping times
Lithuania: 2–3 business days
Europe (EU): usually 1–2 weeks
United Kingdom: 1–3 weeks (customs fees may apply)
(Please note: during Christmas or other important holiday periods, delivery may take longer.)

For orders outside Lithuania (EU countries & UK), please Send Magic before purchasing so we can calculate the exact shipping cost.

We always aim to deliver within the times listed above — and in any case, no later than 30 days after your order. Your treasures remain our responsibility until they are safely delivered to you. 🌙

Mystery Book Boxes
Mystery Book Boxes are shipped on the 20th of each month.
Orders close on the 15th of each month for that month’s crate.

Tracking
Where available, a tracking number will let you follow your parcel’s path through the stars.

Customs & duties
Any import taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
